Free Delivery anywhere in Australia.
* We deliver to Australia only,  no overseas delivery.

  • The PANDORA Collections cannot be ordered online.
  • Please visit us instore for all your PANDORA requirements

All goods are shipped by Express Post for fast delivery and are fully insured until delivered.
We dispatch Monday to Friday. We cannot dispatch on the weekend or public holidays.
Order by midday AEST on a business day and we send out the NEXT business day.
Delivery to most areas is 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery should be to:
 •  A Post Office Box (preferred)
 •  A Business Postal Address
 •  A Securely Locked Mail Box

Refunds:
We are so confident that you will love your new purchase that we offer a 30 day full refund if not completely satisfied.  Just return the goods in original condition with all documents and boxing.  It is your responsibility to fully insure the item for its return to us.  We cannot refund if it is lost in the mail.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not in original condition and will return the goods to you at your cost.

Please note that we cannot refund on goods that have been specially manufactured, modified or customised for you.
